Don’t let any plumbing backups wait for more than 24 hours because
the longer they wait the faster the problem can escalate and no one wants to
have that happen in their home.
Clogged drains are the worst so if you hear any gurgling in
your toilets or sinks more than likely you have some kind of backup starting
and you may want to snake the drain because if you let it sit you can have backups in the
kitchen or bathroom plumbing, than you will be forced to call a plumber.
It was kind of funny the other night in the restroom at
orange leaf the ice cream place they had a snake in the bathroom. So they must
have backups on a continual basis, but if you think about it they are saving a
little money not having to hire a plumber.
It was a bit odd to see a business have a snake and a
plunger in the bathroom. But being prepared is a good thing when it comes to
any plumbing because you never know what you will get yourself into with home
plumbing. If you are a professional by all means go at it, but if you’re trying
to be a DIY plumber you may want to consult with a qualified plumber first.
Gurgling water anywhere in the house is a bad sound and needs
to be looked at right away to be diagnosed.
